Half Marathon and Marathon Training Program

Each summer CTC offers a 16-week training program designed to prepare beginner & experienced runners for marathons and half marathons. The training program is designed to prepare runners for the Chickamauga Battlefield Marathon & Half Marathon and for other fall events.  

The 16-week program begins July 22.  Join us at the Downtown Family YMCA July 22 for the Training Program Kick-Off.  The training plans are available for you to follow on your own at:

Weekly Group Runs

We also offer group runs year round on Saturdays at 6:30am from the Downtown YMCA (301 W 6th St, Chattanooga, TN 37402).
